Notice is hereby given that the City of Fifty Lakes Planning & Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment will convene on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 7 pm at City Hall, 40447 Town Hall Road, Fifty Lakes, MN to consider the following application at a public hearing:
Consideration of Variance V-02-08. K. Eide, S. Eide, D. Eide, and P. Buchner are requesting a variance to construct an addition to the rear of an existing house. Addition would be within the normal structure setback from Kego Lake, a Recreational Development Lake. Legal description is Government Lot A, Section 10, Fifty Lakes, MN. Property address is 43113 Kego Lake Road, Fifty Lakes, MN.

Notice is hereby given that a Fifty Lakes City Election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm for the following positions:
Mayor .. 2 year term
2 Council Members ..4 year terms
Affidavits of Candidacy are available from the City Clerk at City Hall during normal office hours 9:00 am - 1:30 pm Monday - Friday. Filing dates for Affidavits of Candidacy are Tuesday, August 26 through Tuesday, September 9, 2008.

Council Meeting
A Special Closed Litigation Meeting will be held by the Council of the City of Fifty Lakes on Wednesday, September 10th, 2008 at 6PM for attorney client privilege. The meeting will then be opened for the regular scheduled Council Meeting.
